1950s Style Wrap Around House Dress with Dutch Pockets Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1950

Just like those wonderful vintage Swirl dresses! This adorable dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that dates between 1948-1952. It is a wrap around dress that is fitted at the bodice and with a full skirt that ties at the waist and buttons at the back neck...just like the beloved Swirl dresses we all love from the same time period. It has flutter sleeves, a very 1940s style shoulder yolk detail and what I have seen called 'Dutch' pockets in several vintage sewing manuals. The pattern suggests ric rack trim and I agree. This should totally have ric rack! Not just for housework...this dress is adorable to wear anywhere! This dress is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want though plain 100% cotton would be ideal for this design. This would be fab in solids or prints. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% Silk or 100% wool would be at an additional cost)
