1950s Style Wrap Around House Dress and Apron Custom Made In Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1952

Just like those wonderful vintage Swirl dresses! This dress and apron set will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern dated 1952. The original pattern I am using actually belonged to my Grandmother so it makes me very happy to see this one get put to use again! It is a wrap around dress that is fitted at the bodice and with a full flair skirt that ties at the waist and buttons at the back neck...just like the beloved Swirl dresses we all love from the same time period. The pattern suggests ric rack trim and I agree. This should totally have ric rack! The matching apron is optional. Not just for housework...this dress is adorable to wear anywhere. This dress is unlined. 

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want though plain 100% cotton would be ideal for this design. This would be fab in solids or prints.

Prices incude a budget of $12 per yard fabric max. If you want a more expensive fabric there will be an additional cost. Unsure about fabric and the total costs? Message me and we can discuss.
