1950s Style Shawl Collar Wiggle Dress with Side Pockets Custom Made in Your Size from a Vintage Pattern 1955

This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that dates between 1955-1958. It features a shawl collar with flattering fitted midriff. There is a neat buttoned tabbed detail where the top bodice and midriff meet. The sleeves are kimono style with your choice of short or 3/4 length. The skirt is a very fitted pencil or 'wiggle' style with side pockets. The back skirt has a kick pleat for ease. I can make this with a side seam zipper as called for it the pattern or move it to the center back for ease. This dress is unlined.

This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. The pattern suggests cottons such as twill, corduroy, or pique, wool blend gaberdine, or taffeta.This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really.
