1950s Style Plunging V Neck Kimono Sleeve Pencil Skirt Dress with Shaped Midriff Custom Made in Your Size from a Vintage Pattern 1955

  This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that dates between 1954-1955. It features a deep plunging narrow V neck and 3/4 length kimono sleeves with tab button cuffs. It has a pretty surplice fitted midriff. The skirt is a pencil shape with exposed front darts and side pockets. This one zips in the back.

  The pattern illustration shows the dress being worn with an optional 'dickey' under it (A dickey is a mock blouse that consists of a collar and a front panel of a shirt only with no back.) This option also comes with detatchable cuff liners.

  This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would work great in stiffer fabrics like twill, mid weight linen, corduroy, gaberdine, lightweight wool, or suiting. This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you.
