1950s Style Dramatic Side Drape Sarong Skirt Asymmetrical Dress Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1951

Wow, this one is a stunner! This dress will be custom made for you in your size and choice of color using a vintage pattern that is dated 1951. It features a FAB full side draped mock sarong skirt. I've seen this detail in a lot of dresses from the 1940's and 50's but this one seems to be more dramatic than most. The bodice is plain scoop neck and fitted with french darts and side notches at the neckline. The original pattern calls for a side seam zipper but I can move it to the center back for ease if you prefer. This dress is partially lined and comes with a belt.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. The pattern suggests taffeta, shantung, satin, brocade, pique, thicker cottons or lace. (This would be amazing in metallic lame!) This dress is so versatile that it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you.
