1950s Style Classic Button Up Summer Dress with Kimono Sleeves and Flared Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1948

A true classic! This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that is dates to 1948. It features a button up front with shoulder yokes and gathers and a wide pointed collar. It has short kimono sleeves and a slightly flared six gore skirt with large patch pockets. This can be made to only button only to the waist and zips on the side (view 2) or button all the way down (view 1) This dress is unlined and comes with a belt.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. The pattern suggests cottons, pique, flannel, lightweight woolens. gaberdine or shantung. This would also be great in stretch sateen. This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you.
