1950s Style Classic Button Up Dress with Mandarin Collar and Pencil Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1955

A true classic!

This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that is dated 1955. It features a full button up front with mandarin collar, short kimono sleeves (with under arm gussets) and a fitted pencil skirt with side seam pockets. Your choice of short or 3/4 sleeves. Skirt has a kick pleat in back for walking ease. This can be made to have functional center front buttons or I can make it with mock font buttons and a center back zipper. This dress is unlined and comes with a belt.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. The pattern suggests thicker cottons, linen, suiting woolens and faille. This would also be great in stretch sateen. This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you.
