1930s Style Sweetheart Neckline Dress with Mock Corset Midriff Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1939

 This dress will be custom made for you using a vintage pattern that is dated 1939. View A features a lower sweetheart neckline with shoulder gathers and a sewn in mock corset midriff. This is not a functional corset- it is sewn into the dress and the pattern does not call for boning. (Though I could add light boning here if you wish) View B features a higher neckline without the corset waist. This version zips at the back neck. Your choice of short or long fitted sleeves with full pleated caps. The skirt is full with double row deep pleats in the front. This dress is unlined and zips on the side. View B comes with a belt. 

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. The pattern suggests cotton, lawn, linen, rayon twill, gabardine, taffeta or lightweight suiting. This outfit is so versatile though, it would look fab in almost any fabric really. Just let me know what you have in mind and I will find the right fabric for you.
