1930s Style Mega Shirred Bishop Raglan Sleeve Dress Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1935

  This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates to1935. It features tons and tons of shirring! It is a raglan sleeve bodice with your choice of View 1 with a raised ruffle collar and shirring on the sleeve caps, or View 2 with a peter pan collar and shirring all the way around the upper front bodice. There are around 12 rows of shirring all along the upper bodice from the front yoke to the raglan sleeves! View 1 cinches open at the neck and View 2 buttons at the back neck. Your choice of 3/4 length or long bishop sleeves. The skirt is a trumpet style with princess seams. Comes with a belt. I can make this with snap closure on the side seam as the original pattern calls for or I can use a modern zipper for ease. This dress is unlined.

I made this for myself and wanted it made to look like a dress worn by Miss Lemon from the TV show Peroit with a slightly lower neckline and the buttons in the back. I am happy to make you either version...original pattern or modified. 

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in fabrics such as georgette, lawn, voile, rayon crepe, crepe de chine, crepe backsatin, velvet or lightweight wool. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you! (100% silk would be an additional cost.)
