1920s Style Key Hole Neck Drop Waist Full Skirt Dress Custom Made in Your Size From a Vintage Pattern 1925

 This dress will be custom made for you in your size using a vintage pattern that dates to 1925. It features a typical 1920s dropped waist torso with scoop neckline and deep plunging square keyhole. I can sew in a little 'vestee' or mock camisole for modisty or I can leave the keyhole open. This dress has little gathers at the side seams bust area but no other darts or waist definition. It has a flattering full circular skirt with a second layer over skirt that can be made in a contrast color or textured fabric. Your choice of short cap kimono sleeves or long sleeves with a wide cuff. This dress would be lovely with the addition of a decortive trim or appliques as shown on the 3rd and 4th pictures. This is a 'slip over frock' style which means it is meant to have no openings and to be put on over your head (and wiggled into!) Most dresses of this era were baggy enough to be able to do this. Of coarse I can make this for you with the ease of a modern zipper if you prefer. This dress is unlined and comes with a wide belt.

Please note that since this pattern is from the 1920s it will not fit like a modern garment. The pattern is made to fit a good 4" + larger at the waist than your actual waist measurement, yet fitted at the bust and hips. This is typical of most 1920s styles.

This dress will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in a cool summery cottons, rayon crepe, rayon challis, satin crepe, faille, sheers like georgette and lawn. I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you!
