1900s Style Ladies Sleeveless Jumper Dress with Sweeping Five Gore Skirt Custom Made in Your Size From an Antique Pattern 1909
McCall 2553
$550.00
This dress will be custom made for you in your size using an antique pattern that dates to 1909. This is a lovely Edwardian sleeveless jumper dress with a deep V neckline in both front and back with deep vertical tucks to the bodice. The center front section cascades to the floor. The pattern illustration shows it with about a hundred tiny little decorational buttons sewn on which I just love! This is optional of coarse, since it would take me a long time to sew all those puppies on. The skirt is five gore and has a raised waistline in the back. It is a very typical Edwardian style bring fitted at the waist and hips but flowing into a full skirt being more full in the back than the front. It has a deep inverted pleat at center back, where it opens with hidden hook and eyes. Please note this is just for the sleeveless dress, no blouse is included. It is unlined.
This will be custom made for you to your measurements. Since it is made to order I can make it out of any fabric and color you want. This would be great in linen, corduroy, velvet, twill, shantung, gabardine, faille or any mid weight suiting.... I can make this in any fabric you want, it is up to you!
Prices incude a budget of $12 per yard fabric max. If you want a more expensive fabric there will be an additional cost. Unsure about fabric and the total costs? Message me and we can discuss.
I will message you after the order is made and give you a list of measurements I will need to make your vintage dream garment come to life.
